This was my first lake trout. We were fishing about 6 miles out in lake Michigan at 100 ft from the surface using a purple & silver spoon. The fight lasted 30 min. what a fight boy was I tired !!!, but it was worth every min.. The fish's weight was a little over 22 lbs. and 381/4 inches. As you can see in the pic the fish was almost as big as me. by Duane ( little man ) Parker, Mich.
