There were several North Texas Kick'n
Bass pro staff anglers competing in the event and when the dust had settled, the team of
Chance Mitchell and David Nichols of Arlington, had bested a very seasoned field of
anglers to win the First Place prize of a $20,000 Skeeter 186 bass boat, powered by a
Yamaha 150 outboard. Their 21 lb, 5 fish limit was all caught on lures that were doused in
Kick'n Bass Fish Attractant. Both Mitchell and Nichols have been using Kick'n Bass for
several years and they attribute this prestigious victory to their use of Kick'n Bass on
all of their soft plastic lures and baits. Other high finishing North Texas Kick'n
Bass Pro's were Ty Thomas, Jerry David, Troy Reaves, and Keith Cantrell.
